Absolutely! We ensure that the walls of the containers are insulated, water proof from rusting and ready and tested for any weather condition.

How long does it take produce a container home?
Usually it takes us between 5 to 7 months to make a 20 feet container home and 6 to 8 months for the 40 feet container home if there is no delays or disruptions.

How much carbon emissions is saved with the container homes?
Our containers are refurbished prevents the waste of steel and reducing the carbon emissions compared to building a traditional home.

Is there a warranty?
Our container homes come with a standard 3–5 year structural warranty, covering the steel frame and container integrity. Interior finishes, including plumbing, electrical systems, and cabinetry, are covered for 1–3 years. Appliances carry their own manufacturer warranties.

How easy is it to repair a container home?
Depending on how severe the damage, it is relatively easy to repair any damages or faults in the container home as we have connections with repair companies or you can also call any repairmen yourself.
